Prices

Base Currency

All fees and prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). You might see prices/fees in your local currency based on standard currency exchange.

Changing of Prices
Site prices are subject to modification at any time. Prices may also vary due to a launching price, a promotional offer or sales. Prices of items that are not in stock or that are available for a pre-order are valid during its promotional period after the order was placed. Should the price of those items change with respect to the pre-order price, Customer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the site from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

Typographical Errors
We strive for accuracy in all item’s descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Site. Due to human error and other determinate we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labelled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, we shall at our own sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.

Orders

Placing an Order
Placing an order can be done from the site should you place the order from the site, you have to be sure that personal data is correct and updated. We suggest Customers to proof-read the order form several times before validating the order. We are neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.

Order Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Delivery of Orders
Euromechanicalparts.com prides itself to have tied up with Suppliers/Vendors who maintain stock of their products. The Typical dispatch time is maximum of 7 to 10 Working days within U.A.E. A Delivery charge, if applicable, will be presented to you on the checkout page or on your email. If we find the delivery time will take more than 7 working days, we will contact you with a new dispatch time. At that point, if the new delivery time is acceptable to you, we will process the order or you can choose to cancel the order and get your money refunded in the mode of payment it was received by us within 15 days from your request. We are constantly working to reduce the delivery time with our vendors and will update this page as and when this happens. We will also update this on our social networking profiles so do subscribe to our channels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
